Aside from its management of the budgeting process, banking and insurance issues, contracting for services and paying bills, USCC's management team spend much of their energies interacting with our customers, lending administrative support to field operations and in seeing to the general safety and well-being of the Company's employees. USCC's president and its general manager are usually in the field two to three days a week, visiting sites and conferring with customers' representatives.

USCC maintains an excellent profit sharing program whereby employees can be awarded substantial annual bonuses, based on the quality of their work and their overall contribution to the Company's success.

It is USCC's policy to promote and increase the participation of minority, women's and disabled veterans' enterprises in its purchasing and contractual business.

USCC encourages its employees to contribute their time and resources to community service and is, itself, especially supportive of the Boy Scouts of America.
