Chip Phillips, seen here with building owner facilities manager Andrea Rankin, is a USCC general contractor in our Maintenance Services Group. Chip works under a contract for Ms. Rankin, who is responsible for over a million square feet of upscale office space in suburban Atlanta.

With Chip's help, she can keep her own staff to the minimum and retain the flexibility to manage not only ordinary tasks, but also to move quickly on major projects which can involve permit procurement, demolition, and construction and fit-out of space including carpet installation, ceiling grid and tile installation.

The property will be kept fresh and in excellent repair inside and out. Ms. Rankin's tenants will stay happy and vacancy rates minimal. Chip knows that if and when he needs extra help, he always has the full resources of USCC to draw on, as well as sub-contractors who are proven performers.
