Greg Floyd, here speaking with Randy Kendrick of Kendrick Brothers, Inc., is the Construction Management Group’s project manager for four of our current jobs including this one, an interior fit-out in Hartwell, Georgia. Job foreman Billy Edenfield and Greg have collaborated in a number of planning sessions and have met with client management, with local municipal officials, with our sub-contractors and with other USCC teams. They have developed a project schedule which will be posted on the job site as a Gantt chart. Based on past experience, that schedule will most probably not need to be reconfigured throughout the life of the project. Today our team will be carrying out a site survey, including verification and layout. Construction will begin tomorrow.
